Craig Goldstein was appointed as President of Consolidated Services Group effective June 5, 2017 after serving as Chief Operating Officer for 12 years. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, including financial management, information technology, product innovation and business development. He leads a team of professionals in delivering claims management solutions that consistently exceed stakeholder, regulatory and business partner demands. Throughout his tenure at CSG, Mr. Goldstein has been at the forefront of the company’s strategic operational decisions, forged numerous key alliances, and earned recognition as one of the medical claims management industry’s foremost thought leaders. Prior to his role as President, he managed all operations, including network operations, information technology, medical management, professional review, medical bill review and business development. Mr. Goldstein completed his formal Business Administration education at Rowan University.
Upon the execution in 2017 of the company's investment relationship with Excellere Partners, Denver, Co. Mr. Morrone took his over 40 years of experience in the P&C Medical Management and healthcare industry to assist Excellere Partners in seeking out strategic acquisitions and partnerships that align with CSG's vision and business model. Previously, Mr. Morrone served as The Company's CEO, driving its market-leading product innovation and strategic development for 35 years. Prior to founding CSG, he worked with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Rehabilitation Hospital as a rehabilitation specialist in the chronic pain and cognitive remediation programs. He holds undergraduate degrees in business and psychology as well as graduate study from Temple University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mark Hepperlen spearheads the operations for CSG’s medical claims management services, including network operations, medical management, professional review, arbitration/litigation support and medical bill review. He brings an extensive background in medical claims operations to this position, including significant experience promoting, organizing and selling medical claims management services both regionally and nationally. Since joining CSG in 2014, he has managed several key areas in the company and made contributions that measurably enhanced CSG’s product, quality and service outcomes. Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Hepperlen served in business development and operational roles for managed care companies for nearly 15 years. When he joined CSG in 2014 as vice president of professional review services, he quickly began improving the department’s performance, advancing its professional review network development, compliance and quality control to achieve the highest level of efficiency and satisfaction.
Lee Ann Iannelli manages the financial operations for CSG. Throughout her 28-year tenure with the company, her knowledge of operations and skill with staff development has been invaluable to growth. She provides strong leadership, and continuously fine-tunes workflow processes. Ms. Iannelli is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, NAPW, APA, and others. She established her financial background at Gwynned-Mercy and Ursinus.
Stan Tomasevich is the original architect and developer of medlogix®, CSG's proprietary claims management software. Previously, he was manager of software development and lead architect of several nationally recognized records management and indexing systems. Currently, Mr. Tomasevich oversees the continuing evolution of medlogix® as well as the day-to-day operations of the information technology department. Mr. Tomasevich is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in computer science.
Cara Ianniello is responsible for network development, provider credentialing, provider and facility contract negotiations, PPO data integrity and PPO provider retention. Additionally, she establishes strong relationships in the provider community by providing exemplary service, developing educational programs and promoting brand awareness to over 140,000 provider locations throughout the Northeast. Ms. Ianniello is a graduate of St. John's University, Queens, NY and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health care administration.
Maria Longworth manages telephonic and field case management services as well as precertification for automobile, workers' compensation and group health. She is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for both diploma and baccalaureate nursing programs. She also holds certifications in case management, utilization management and rehabilitation nursing. In addition, she holds a business administration degree from Burlington County College.
Dr. Anthony oversees compliance; case management, utilization management and quality management programs; the professional staff's quality of work; and ensuring case management practices are based on sound medical protocols. Dr. Anthony is a graduate of Cornell University and the State University of NY at Buffalo School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds medical licensures in PA and NJ. He is board certified by the American Board of PM&R and the American Board of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine.
Steve Armenti manages product development, business development and expansion into new markets. Previously, Mr. Armenti held various positions at CHN, including network development and senior account manager. Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Armenti was a manager at LifeCare Behavioral Health. He also held positions at Multi Plan, Inc. of New York. His career began at Human Affairs International, a division of Aetna Health Plans. Mr. Armenti holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University.
Sherry Farrell oversees the bill review, code review and audit departments. She serves as the primary operations resource in CSG's nationwide expansion of its bill review services. Ms. Farrell joined CSG in 2002 as a bill re-pricing supervisor. She was later named manager of bill re-pricing and maintained that role until joining the Quality Management department as a bill review quality analyst. Ms. Farrell played an active role in testing medlogix® functionality and converting customers to the new Windows platform. Prior to CSG, she served as a bill re-pricer, health claims supervisor and credentialing manager.
Jennifer Goldstein oversees the operations of the Customer Service/Intake team as well as the Mail/Fax/File department for the organization. Ms. Goldstein has been with CSG/CHN since 1995 and has previously held positions within the Client Service Department, most recently as a Senior Account Manager. She is a graduate of Ithaca College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Service Administration.
Missy Pudimott is responsible for the development and retention of CSG's strategic client business partners, ensuring that all products, services and workflows meet and exceed client expectation and are contract compliant. Additionally, she seeks out new product partnering opportunities that meet the company's corporate objectives. Previously, Ms. Pudimott served CSG and CHN for 20 years in various roles including vice president, client services and vice president, PR and marketing.
