Maria Longworth promoted to Vice President, Medical Case Management Services

Lansdale, PA – June 4, 2007 – Consolidated Services Group (CSG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Maria Longworth, RN, CCM, CRRN, CPUM to Vice President, Medical Case Management Services. In this newly created role, Longworth will be responsible for First Report of Injury, Telephonic Case Management, as well as Field Case Management Services for both Workers’ Compensation and Automobile lines of business.

Maria will be based out of the Hamilton, NJ branch and will also maintain an office in the Cherry Hill, NJ branch.

Previous to her new appointment, Longworth served as Assistant Vice President, Case Management as well as many other management roles within the organization. Longworth is a 22 year veteran of the company, beginning her career at CSG in 1985 as a Field Case Manager.

Longworth is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for both diploma and baccalaureate nursing programs. She also holds certifications in Case Management (CCM), Utilization Management (CPUM) and Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN). In addition, she holds a Business Administration degree from Burlington County College.

Longworth is active in industry organizations. She is a member of Case Management Society of America (CMSA), Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN), International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), Association of Managed Care Nurses (AMCNA), and NJ Brain Injury Association (NJBIA).

Longworth’s focus will include product expansion of the Case Management programs, mentoring and staff development, as well as act as a resource to CSG clients and providers.
