CSG NAMES TWO NEW VICE PRESIDENTS OF SALES

Lansdale, PA – December 4, 2006 – Consolidated Services Group, Inc. (CSG), the largest privately-owned medical case management, preferred provider organization (PPO) and medical consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, proudly announces the addition of Lou Carboni as Vice President of Sales, Pennsylvania, as well as the promotion of Steve Armenti to Vice President of Sales, New Jersey.

Lou’s responsibilities include product development, business development, and management of expansion into new markets. Lou comes to CSG following three years as Director of Sales with NovaCare Rehabilitation, a national provider of physical therapy and injury prevention and management services. Prior to this position, Lou founded his own risk management consulting services company and developed and maintained a national claims management internet portal for five years.

Steve will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the New Jersey region by promoting CSG’s array of products and services to include CHN Solutions, the URAC-Accredited preferred provider organization (PPO) which was acquired by CSG in December 2005. Steve gains his promotion after spending five years with CHN where he started his career as a Behavioral Health Manager. Previously, Steve held a position as Director of Operations for LifeCare where he oversaw all operations including sales and marketing, network development, utilization management, provider relations and client services.

A Pennsylvania native, Lou earned his Bachelors degree from Lycoming College in Business Administration and Managerial Economics. He currently resides in Lansdale. Steve earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Seton Hall University in Marketing and resides in Morris Township, NJ.
