Mr. Morrone is the President and Founder of Consolidated
Services Group, Inc. The organization was established
in November of 1980. Under Mr. Morrone’s direction,
the organization has remained a respected leader in the
field of Case Management and Utilization Review throughout
its history. Mr. Morrone remains responsible
for business development, program and product creation
and has served as a consultant to many Insurers and Institutions
throughout the United States. Prior to the creation
of CSG, Mr. Morrone worked with University of Pennsylvania
Hospital, Graduate Hospital and Our Lady of Lourdes Rehabilitation
Hospital as Rehabilitation Specialist in the Chronic
Pain and Cognitive Remediation Programs.
Mr. Morrone holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
and Psychology as well as graduate study in Rehabilitation
from Temple University and business studies at The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Craig Goldstein has worked for Consolidated Services
Group, Inc., since 1992, and worked in the insurance
industry since 1989. In 1999, Mr. Goldstein was promoted
to Director of Operations for Consolidated Services Group,
Inc., an industry leader in the administration of utilization
review and case management solutions for the insurance
industry's medical claims. Prior to the promotion, Mr.
Goldstein was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for
all product and service lines offered by Consolidated
Services Group, Inc., a position to which he was elevated
in 1995.
Prior to his employment with Consolidated Services Group,
Inc., Mr. Goldstein served as a Catastrophic PIP Adjuster
for Computer Science Corporation.
In 1999, Mr. Goldstein was selected by the New Jersey
Department of Banking and Insurance, as an industry expert,
to train the AAA Arbitrators on the fundamentals of Senate
Bill III (NJAICRA of 1998).
Today, Mr. Goldstein continues to interact with the
New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance through
the position he holds in the Department's Personal Injury
Protection Technical Advisory Committee (PIPTAC).
Mr. Goldstein completed his formal Business Administration
education at Rowan University in 1989.
Mr. Miller is a senior member of the CSG Management
Team. He has been responsible for the development of
business objectives, policy, procedures, performance
standards, staff development and outcome goals of the
NJ Utilization Management Division, initially inclusive
of the Pre-Certification, Medical Director Review, Independent
Medical Examination, PEER Review, Audit and Bill Re-pricing
Departments.
Mr. Miller has extensive experience in Auto Insurance
Claims and Insurance Fraud Investigation in addition
to his 14-year medical background as a Registered Nurse,
which includes over 6 years of intensive critical care experience.
Mr. Miller holds a BA in Criminology and an AD in Nursing
Science in addition to a myriad of professional improvement
training courses.
Stan Tomasevich joined CSG in 1996 as the primary architect
and developer of MEDLOGIX®, CSG’s proprietary
Claims Management Software Solution. Previously,
Mr. Tomasevich was the Manager of Software Development
and lead architect of several Records Management and
indexing systems that were marketed and sold nationally. Currently,
Mr. Tomasevich utilizes his over 20 years of development
experience to oversee the continuing evolution of MEDLOGIX® as
well as the day-to-day operations of the Information
Technology department.
Mr. Tomasevich is a graduate of the University of Kentucky
with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Lee Ann Iannelli is the Senior Vice President of Financial
Operations for Consolidated Services Group, Inc. She
has been with CSG since January of 1984. Previously,
Ms. Iannelli served as the company’s Financial
Administrative Officer. She has been instrumental in
the company’s growth by being an integral part
in developing workflow for several of CSG’s services
and programs and she continues to assist in fine-tuning
the process. Ms. Iannelli is a key factor in providing
leadership, staff development, and management of company
services in accordance with policies and procedures set
forth by the president of CSG. Before coming to CSG,
Ms. Iannelli worked for the Physical Evaluation Board
at the Valley Forge Rehab Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Ms. Iannelli is a member of the Chamber of Commerce,
MEA, SHRM, APA, and numerous other affiliations. She
established her financial background at both Gwynned-Mercy
and Ursinus.
Mr. Lowry is the Vice President of Human Resources
and Pennsylvania Regional Manager for Consolidated Services
Group, Inc. Mr. Lowry is in his second
tenure with CSG. Mr. Lowry first joined CSG as an Account
Representative from 1995 – 1998. In 2004, he
returned to CSG as the Pennsylvania Branch Manager. Mr. Lowry’s
responsibilities are to oversee all facets of the PA
Operations; which includes: oversight of 60 employees, budgets, client
relations, day-to-day operations, and the cultivation of new
sales opportunities.
In addition to his Branch Manager Role, when CSG purchased
CHN in December of 2005, Mr. Lowry was promoted to Vice-President
of Human Resources. His duties in HR include overseeing 400 employees
at CSG's four (4) branch locations. Mr. Lowry and the HR team
are focused on policy development, training and development
of staff and managers, benefit management and employment
recruiting for CSG.
Prior to his return to CSG, Mr. Lowry was a Business Consultant
and Trainer for the largest training organization in
the world, Dale Carnegie®. He worked with companies in
the Philadelphia area to re-energize and accelerate the
success of their employees. His customers included Philadelphia
Eagles, Crown, Cork and Seal, Shop-Rite, Radio Shack
and Wawa.
Prior to Dale Carnegie, Mr. Lowry
was the Regional Manager for Facticon,
Inc., a national surveillance company that works closely
with Insurance Carriers, as well as a Sales Executive
with Lanier Worldwide as a copier salesman where he was
nationally recognized for his sales success. Mr. Lowry started
his business career as a Claims Adjuster for ERIE Insurance
Co. located in Bethlehem, PA.
Mr. Lowry received his Bachelor of Science degree from DeSales
University, where he excelled playing collegiate basketball
and soccer. Since that time, he has been a high school and college soccer
referee. Mr. Lowry is still having
a significant impact on local companies facilitating
meetings and programs in the evenings as a motivational
speaker for Dale Carnegie®. He is a member of the
North Penn and Pennridge Chambers of Commerce.
Dr. William P. Anthony is a 1983 graduate of Cornell University, Ithaca, NY and a 1987 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine where he received his M.D. Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Anthony holds medical licensures in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1988 and in the State of New Jersey since 1991. In 1992, Dr. Anthony was Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation by the American Board of PM&R and in 1993 became Board Certified in Electro-Diagnostic Medicine by the American Board of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine. Post- Graduate Training includes; Chief Resident, PM&R and PGY II-IV PM&R, Hospital University of Pennsylvania
In 1991, Dr. Anthony began his clinical practice at Associated Physiatrists of Southern New Jersey Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Camden, New Jersey. Dr. Anthony’s responsibilities with CSG include compliance with URAC Standards and State and Federal Regulations, Development and maintenance of Case Management, Utilization Management and Quality Management Programs, the oversight and evaluation of the Professional Staff’s quality of work as it relates to compliance and procedures, and ensuring that the Case Management practices are based on sound medical protocols. Additionally, Dr. Anthony has oversight responsibility for the development of treatment guidelines, quality of care issues and provider concerns.
Dr. Anthony Dr. Anthony sits on many Hospital Committees and Professional Societies and is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electro diagnostic Medicine, The Physiatric Association of Sports, Spine and Occupational Rehabilitation, and the New Jersey Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Kenneth Gross is a 1993 graduate of Life College where he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Gross has also earned a Masters Degree in Sports Health Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in both Nutrition and Biological Science. Dr. Gross was appointed to the teaching faculty at Life University in June 1993 as a full time Instructor within the Division of Clinical Sciences. Dr. Gross was also appointed as Associated Director of the Division of Technical Studies in September 1993. Within the administration, Dr. Gross was the associate chairman of both the University Testing Center and Admissions Committee.
In 1996, Dr. Gross began his clinical practice in Morristown, NJ. Since that time, he opened a clinical practice in Passaic, NJ and has been in active practice since 1997 at that location. Dr. Gross has completed post graduate education in utilization review/ case management and has been involved in all aspects of personal injury practice and the evaluation of post traumatic injuries. In 2002, Dr. Gross was hired by Consolidated Services Group as an independent medical director within the utilization management department. Dr. Gross has taken on a leadership role helping to ensure that all decision point review and pre-certification requests are based upon medical necessity in accordance with the New Jersey regulations. He has also taken on an active role in the quality assurance aspects of independent reviews. Dr. Gross is certified in Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) and is also a Certified Instructor/Proctor for the performance of MUA.
Dr. Ericksen is a licensed clinical psychologist
who has over 30 years experience in providing clinical
and administrative services in behavioral healthcare
in a variety of settings. He has served as Assistant
Director of a large multi-site group practice in NJ
(1976-2001), as VP of Clinical Services of a 68-bed
rehabilitation facility (1979-1992) and as VP of
Clinical services for two behavioral managed care
companies; Life Care Management Systems (1992-2000)
and Magellan Behavioral Healthcare (2000-2003). Dr.
Ericksen has also served as Assistant Clinical
Professor of Psychiatry at the University of
Medicine and Dentistry, Robert Wood Johnson
Medical School (1982-1992).
Presently, Dr. Erickson is a Clinical Associate at
Eldercare, P.C. in Saddlebrook, NJ and serves as a
Medical Director for Consolidated Services Group, Inc.
(CSG) and its proprietary CHN PPO. Clients include Insurance
Carriers, TPA's, and many Municipalities, Counties, Joint
Insurance Funds and School Boards in the State of New Jersey.
Maria Longworth has established longevity and program
involvement that extends throughout CSG’s regional
business area since 1985. As Vice President, Medical
Case Management Services, Ms. Longworth is responsible for Telephonic
Case Management and Field Case Management Services for
both Automobile and Workers’ Compensation lines
of business.
Ms. Longworth is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University
Hospital for both diploma and baccalaureate nursing programs.
She also holds certifications in Case Management (CCM),
Utilization Management (CPUM) and Rehabilitation Nursing
(CRRN). In addition, she holds a Business Administration
degree from Burlington County College.
Ms. Longworth is active in industry organizations. She
is a member of Case Management Society of America (CMSA),
Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN), International
Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), Association
of Managed Care Nurses (AMCNA), and NJ Brain Injury Association
(NJBIA).
As Vice President of Network Operations, Ms. Ianniello and the staff of the
Network Operations department are responsible for network development,
provider credentialing, provider and facility contract negotiations,
PPO data integrity and the retention of PPO Providers, Hospitals and
Ancillaries. Additionally, Ms. Ianniello is charged with establishing and
maintaining strong relationships in the provider community by providing
exemplary service, developing educational programs and promoting brand
awareness to over 100,000 provider locations throughout the northeast.
Ms. Ianniello has been employed by CSG, formerly CHN Solutions, for the past 13 years.
During her tenure, the CHN PPO was initially accredited as a Health Network
with Credentialing by URAC in 1995, and achieved re-accreditation every 3
years thereafter in accordance with URAC standards.
Ms. Ianniello is a graduate of St. John’s University, Queens, NY and holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Health Care Administration.
As Vice President of Client Services and Marketing,
Ms. Pudimott is responsible for the development and retention
of client relationships for over 100 clients and their
sub-groups who represent Insurance Carriers, TPA's, Joint
Insurance Funds, Municipalities and School Boards. Products
include Managed Care for Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, and Automobile coverages. Ms. Pudimott
has been employed by CSG, formerly CHN Solutions, for
15 years.
Ms. Pudimott and her team of Account Managers are responsible
for building strong client loyalty and satisfaction by
providing exemplary service, developing programs to enhance
services provided and expanding new product offerings.
Additionally, Ms. Pudimott is responsible for Marketing,
Communications and Public Relations efforts on behalf
of Consolidated Services Group, Inc.
Steve Armenti serves CSG as Vice President of Sales in the New
Jersey region. Steve’s responsibilities include product development,
business development and expansion into new markets; all while
promoting the CSG brand. Steve has served the company is this
capacity since 2006.
Prior to his current role, Steve held various positions at CHN
Solutions, which was acquired by CSG in 2005, including; Network
Development and Senior Account Manager, where he managed and
serviced the company’s Workers’ Compensation and Group Health
clients. Steve joined CHN Solutions in 2001.
Prior to his tenure at CSG Steve was a Manager at LifeCare
Behavioral Health. He also held various positions at MultiPlan,
Inc. of New York. His career began at Human Affairs International,
a division of Aetna Health Plans.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University
and resides in Morris Township, NJ.
