Our IME service provides a clinical examination and record review to determine a patient’s current medical status, relationship of claimant’s diagnosis to injury, need for continued treatment, and extent of disability.

• Claimant and attorney contact to obtain mutually acceptable appointment times and locations, certified confirming letter, and follow-up contacts prior to exam to reduce no-shows
• Immediate notification to referral source if an appointment is missed or another problem prevents completion of the IME
• Medical brief by registered nurse addressing issues of dispute
