This is a merger in the truest sense—bringing the best of the best together to forge an unmatched synergy of single-source medical claims management capabilities and expertise that seamlessly interconnect. Consolidated Services Group (CSG) is now the largest privately-owned medical case management, preferred provider organization (PPO) and medical consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Single source medical claims management solutions

The name of our expanded organization is Consolidated Services Group.

As divisions of CSG, CHN PPO and Northeast Health Direct (NHD), our PPO serving self-insured employers in New England, will retain their corporate names. The dynamic professionals serving our customers in each of these divisions are all CSG employees.

The CSG and CHN logos have been updated to reflect the synergy of our divisions. A prominent brand identity component features a page peeled back at the corner to unveil the new CSG logo and underscore the unprecedented portfolio of resources that CSG stands behind.

Additionally, we are pleased to roll out our newly created logo for MEDLOGIX®, CSG’s proprietary, web-based technology platform that powers our medical case management services, providing a fully integrated product that truly sets CSG apart from the competition.
